~~Using this blank ILL form means slower service than other options as these requests must be manually processed. ~~
- First check Journals List (articles) or Library Catalog (books or thesis) to verify that MSU does not own the item
- Then login to fill in an blank ILL request form. Enter your library barcode (on back of MavCard) and password (last name)
- Choose either the journal tab (magazine or journal articles) or book tab (use for books, dissertations, media, etc)
- Fill in complete citation for either the article or book you want - click GO
- Incomplete forms cannot be processed and must be returned to you for additional information
