1. Group Study Rooms are available to Minnesota State University, Mankato students, graduate students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
2. Group Study Rooms must be occupied by not less than 2, nor more than 6, people.
3. Group Study Rooms may be reserved in person or by telephone by contacting Memorial Library Circulation staff.
4. Rooms may be occupied for up to 2 hours. One additional renewal is permitted, provided no other library patron has reserved the room.
5. Group Study Room keys must be returned immediately at the end of the room occupancy.
6. Keys which are returned late will be charged $15.00 plus $.50 per hour, to a maximum of $30.00 plus a non-refundable processing fee of $10.00.
