National Parks

This display was about lesser-known national parks in the upper Midwest region. The important thing about this display was the use of props to enliven the documents. Thus, there are kerosene lanterns and bug spray and so forth. However, this display also demonstrated how careful one must be in the choice of props. The (initial) use of a pipestone pipe garnered a vehement response from a patron because this was an inappropriate use of a sacred object.
