To create persistent links to individual articles in ACS (American Chemical Society Publications), follow these steps:

• Connect to ACS through the A-Z List on the Library's homepage, the Subject Guide List on the Library's homepage, or the Journals, Magazines, and Newspaper articles link on the Library's Distance Education page.
• Find an article citation.
• Click on the link for either the HTML or PDF version of the article referenced by the citation.
• Copy this URL.
• Combine the URL with the proxy server script.
