BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE:

Lee l. Champlin was from Vernon Center, Minnesota. He enrolled at Mankato State Normal School in September 1896, at the age of eighteen. He was admitted to the "C" class. Champlin attended through March 1897, and there is no indication if he graduated.
