The Phil Anderson collection contains an audiocassette and transcript of an interview conducted with Anderson by Ruth Ann Engstrom in November 1974. In the interview, Anderson recalled his life as a farmer during the Great Depression and the government subsidies that were available for farmers. In addition, Anderson discussed the elections of 1974 and the history of his home.
