The Elmer Reseland collection contains an audiocassette and a transcript of an interview conducted between Reseland and Barbara Judd during the fall of 1990. In the interview, Reseland discussed his experiences working as an elementary school principal between 1960 and 1990. He focused on the changes and continuities that he encountered while working in East Grand Forks and Owatonna, Minnesota.
This oral history interview was conducted as a requirement for the graduate level Educational Foundations course entitled History of Education in American Culture at Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota.
