This collection consists of one volume of records from the Faribault Mutual Loan and Building Association of Faribault, Minnesota. The book contains records of who subscribed and how many shares they had purchased from the Faribault Mutual Loan and Building Association. The listings for those who did purchase stocks also describe what land they owned in the Faribault area, and what fees and dues were required by the association.
