SERVICES FOR MSU MEMORIAL LIBRARY:

Systems Area (Restricted access)

Responsibilities:

• Administration and operation of the automated library system Exlibris Aleph
• Maintain the MnSCU/PALS online database and its subsystems
• Provide support and training for Library staff in the Exlibris Aleph system operations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software related problems in the Library
• Work with Systems staff to provide adequate support to online systems
