ERC Contruction Information

ERC (Lower Level) Construction

Construction for the new Center for Faculty Development is underway in the lower level of the library. The ERC (Educational Resource Center) collections and services will be affected through August 17, 2012. See the information below for more details or contact the ERC staff at 507-389-5944.

Equipment Services

Equipment checkout has temporarily moved to ML 2042 (2nd floor, across from elevators).
Visit the temporary location to:

• Checkout media equipment (e.g. cameras, laptops)
• Checkout DVD/VHS reserves
• Gain access to anatomical models room (ML 2057)

Equipment Services Hours During Summer Session (May 21-July 27)
Monday-Thursday: 8am-7pm
Friday: 8am-4:30pm
Saturday-Sunday: CLOSED, visit the Circulation Desk on 1st floor for assistance

ERC Collections and Classrooms

During Summer Session (May 21-July 27), collections and classrooms in the ERC (lower level) will be available. This area may be noisy, dusty, and dimly lit due to construction. Shelving may be covered in plastic, but the coverings can be lifted to access the materials. Please visit the Circulation Desk, Reference Desk, or Equipment Services for assistance.

From July 30 to August 17, the ERC will be CLOSED. The collections and classrooms will not be publicly accessible. Please visit the Circulation Desk on 1st floor to have materials retrieved from the lower level.
